Art. 3000 / 1000

This pipe drilling machine has been designed to resolve drilling problems in order not to interrupt delivery by means of gates or valves.

The drilling machine is composed by a double telescopic screw With working traverse of each 50 cm in order to have a drilling depth of 1 m.

- central chromium coated and grinded diam. 50 mm
- HSS type hole saw cutter (Art. 305) or with tungsten carbide teeth HSS/CT type (Art. 306)
- On request: hole saw cutter made in high speed steel type M2 (Art. 304) or with applied hard metal teeth type K20 (Art. 302)
- HSS type pilot drill diam. 20 mm with coupon retention mechanism (Art. 307)
- Hole saw cutter support for ND 8" - 12" (Art. 309/1)
- Hole saw cutter support for ND 14" - 20" (Art. 309/2)
- Flanged PN 16 hole saw cutter carrier (other type on request)
- max working pressure: standard version: 12 bar HP version: 40 bar
- Max working temperature: 120 °C
- Manual feeding with manual drilling pressure adjustment
- 400 c.c. hydraulic motor with max. pressure 100 bar and 3-position control lever: forward / stop / backward
