DRILLING MACHINE ART. 330/1000
The Ravetti® drilling machines are characterized by:
- Lead screw and threaded body
- Manual feed
- Manual rotation with the possibility of pneumatic or hydraulic motorization (see the motors section)
- Working traverse end locked by safety pins
- Threaded valve connection
- Optional adaptors available for valves with PN or ANSI flanges
- Optional thin thread version for drilling up to 64bar for models 325 – 530 – 330/1000
- Optional stainless steel or aluminum alloy construction versions
Drilling machine for DN 1" to 6" on steel, cast iron, polyethylene and cement/asbestos pipes with pressure up to 12 bar.
The body with telescopic screws makes it possible to adapt the machine to the widest user's requirements.
By mounting the extension on the central spindle, the working traverse lenght increases from 50 cm to 100 cm. Our new system allows to reduce the total length of the machine, making it practical, easy to handle and unique in terms of performance and reliability. The machine comes standard with holesaws TA type up to DN 3' and holesaws TAD type for DN 4"-5"-6", complete with brackets and tips for recovery pad.
