DRILLING MACHINE ART. 370
The Ravetti® drilling machines are characterized by:
- Lead screw and threaded body
- Manual feed
- Manual rotation with the possibility of pneumatic or hydraulic motorization (see the motors section)
- Working traverse end locked by safety pins
- Threaded valve connection
- Optional adaptors available for PN or ANSI valves
- Optional thin thread version for drilling up to 64bar for mod. 530 – 330/1000
- Optional stainless steel or aluminum alloy construction versions
Drilling machine for DN 1" to 6" pipes in steel, cast iron, polyethylene and cement/asbestos with pressure up to 12 bar.
The pipe drilling machine art. 370, in addition to regulate the drilling pressure through an adjustable spring, tested for many years on our art. 325 with excellent results as reported by our customers, combines also the versatility of use that allows performing any drilling at low and medium pressure, on gas and water networks. RAVETTI release device of the machine’s upper part, exclusive feature of art. 370, allows increasing the drilling depth when drilling must be carried out using extension cords at a distance exceeding the working stroke, and at the same time recover the hole saw inside the machine body, to close the shut-off valve. The machine is supplied with metal box, a series of hole saws in high speed steel for steel and cast iron, Type TA up to DN 3' and type TAD for deep cut, for DN 4'-5' and 6' in order to drill holes of the same diameter of the pipe.
